This spacious Lanzarote holiday apartment is located centrally on the top floor of the low rise Tuscan Holiday Apartment Complex in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote.  The holiday apartment complex is front line on the seafront promenade. The balcony can be seen top and centre of the adjacent photograph.

This is a privately owned and managed seafront holiday accommodation, and this is reflected in the high standard of accommodation you would expect in a well kept holiday home. It was completely refurbished in 2005.

The apartment, which comfortably has accommodation for four people, is one and a half times the width of the other one bedroom apartments in this complex. This brings with it the added advantage of a much wider balcony than one would normally expect, in addition to the enhanced living space. The large south facing balcony looks out to sea across one of the two swimming pools which are both available for your use.

Situated in the quiet Playa Rocas part of Costa Teguise, the beautiful sandy Playa Bastian beach is about 10 minutes walk away. Mini-markets, restaurants, bars, a car rental office, taxi rank, bus stop and gymnasium all within 2 minutes walk. Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade in about 30 minutes or by a 3 minute taxi or bus ride. The 18-hole international standard golf course Golf Club Costa Teguise is only a few minutes drive away and the Ocean Park aqua park is close by too.

Costa Teguise has been developed over the last 25 years and is one of the three main resorts in Lanzarote. It has been created around the area's beautiful sandy beaches: The golden sands of the popular Playa Bastian beach offer the perfect place to quietly enjoy the sub-tropical sunshine. The "Las Cucharas" beach is a windsurfer's dream!

In short, Costa Teguise has something for everyone, and the accommodation at my Lanzarote apartment is ideal for a family holiday as well a couples or singles holiday.
