Terms &
Conditions
The following terms and conditions form
the basis of our holiday agreement and,
although not exhaustive, are provided for clarity, to
protect your interests and to
ensure that you have an enjoyable stay in Lanzarote.
What your
holiday price includes
The price includes accommodation in my
one bedroom holiday apartment at the Tuscan Apartment
Complex, Avenida del Mar 18, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote,
Canary Islands, water, electricity and the use of
communal and recreational facilities at the Complex
where they are made available by the owners and
management of the Complex at no extra cost.
What the price does not include
The price does not include the cost of
flights, car hire, airport transfers, taxi's, meals,
holiday
insurance or any other insurances or any services not described in
'What your holiday price includes', above.
Security Deposit
We ask you to provide us with a security deposit of £100
(in addition to your booking deposit) at
the time of booking, against any property damage and
removal of items from the apartment etc. This should be paid separately by
cheque which will only be cashed in the event of any
loss or damage being assessed by our local caretaker
immediately after your stay. In the
event of there being no loss or damage, the cheque will be
returned to you after the holiday.
Additional charges
Any additional charges you incur directly
or indirectly at the Tuscan Apartment Complex or at any
other time during your holiday are for your account only
and must be settled direct with the management of the
Tuscan Apartment Complex before the end of your holiday.

Holiday insurance
As this is a private let, we do not
provide holiday insurance. However, we do strongly
advise you to take out full holiday insurance.
Flights,
car hire and airport transfers
As a private let, we do not provide a
full holiday package, so it is your responsibility to
book flights, car hire and airport transfers etc.
Transfers between the Apartment to Arrecife airport take
about 10 minutes in a taxi and at the time of writing
cost about €10 to €15 (around £8 to £10) each way.
Cancellation by you
In the unfortunate event that you have to
cancel your holiday with LanzaHols, the following
cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation by us
We can cancel your holiday if there are
circumstances beyond our control that mean we cannot
fulfil our obligations under this agreement. In the
unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we
will offer you alternative accommodation if it can be
made available, or if you prefer, a full refund of the
cost of your accommodation.
Circumstances beyond our control
Except where we state otherwise in these
terms, we cannot pay any compensation, expenses, losses
of any amount, or otherwise accept responsibility for circumstances
that are beyond our control.
Accuracy of information
All information within
this web site was accurate at the time of publication (March
2005).
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously: We
will never collect sensitive information about you and
we will not disclose your details to anybody not
connected with your holiday booking or enquiry without your
explicit consent. We may store your details on our
computer database, but only in connection with your
enquiry or booking or to send you information about
current or future services that we may provide. If you
do not wish to receive information about current or
future services and do not want your details stored in
our database after our your holiday, please let us know
on the Booking &
Enquiry Form.
