 The
Tuscan Holiday Apartment Complex is a pleasant seafront holiday
facility with 145 well equipped apartments that are
suited to families or couples. The
complex, which is about 20 years old, is situated along the pedestrian promenade
and volcanic soil gardens.
Central facilities include
a reception, poolside bar and supermarket.
Public payphones, drink
and snack machines and information boards for facilities
and attractions are available at the reception. There
are also internet booths if you feel the urge to surf
the net.
There
are two main swimming pools - one with
fresh water, the other with sea water.
Both pools have sun
terraces with sun loungers available, one has a pool bar offering
meals and refreshments. The other has a shop
offering drinks, ice creams and general foodstuffs.
A small children's pool is also available.
There is a large
selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and
shops within a 5-10 minute walk along towards the
Playa Bastian beach.
The complex has direct
access onto the volcanic soil gardens and pedestrian
promenade which is block paved and well lit at
night. This provides a delightful stroll past the
volcanic rock beach along to the sandy beaches at
Playa Bastian and Playa Jablillo and into the main
Playa Cucharas beach in the centre of Costa Teguise.
Windsurfing and other water sports are available at the
beach (Playa Bastian) which is approximately 700m away.
Good sea fishing is possible
off the rocks and sea walls.
The 18-hole
Golf Club
Costa Teguise is only 3km away.
